Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Dutch-language support via phone, chat, and email to maintain high service standards in the Customer Support Services industry.
• Assist customers with pre-sales inquiries, general account questions, and complex technical troubleshooting.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal database system.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution for every client.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex system issues.
• Maintain a proactive and patient demeanor while assisting users with product-related challenges.
• Participate in regular team briefings to stay updated on service protocols and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Languages: Native-level Dutch (C2) + good English skills.
• Work Authorization: EU Passport or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Skills: PC literate, proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, familiar with wireless troubleshooting, proactive, and patient.
• Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus!
