Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for Zalando’s retail operations.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries in the online retail space.
• Provide personalized fashion and sizing guidance to enhance the customer retail journey.
• Resolve order-related disputes or delivery issues with professionalism and brand-aligned empathy.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure continuous service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on seasonal collections, promotional campaigns, and stock updates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex retail management platforms.
