Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is considered a significant asset.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate communication within our diverse team in Greece.
• Ability to relocate to Athens to perform this role on-site.
