We are seeking talented individuals for the GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts – Danish speaker position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and develop creative prompts for GenAI systems using specialized client tools.
• Input high-quality data and actionable feedback to improve the training, tuning, and evaluation of AI models.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety department to maintain industry-leading safety standards.
• Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with strict policy compliance and safety guidelines within the customer support services sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content safety protocols and enhance the overall performance of generative systems.
• Maintain high levels of attention to detail while navigating and moderating sensitive content to protect user integrity.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes to evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing landscape of AI safety.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Solid proficiency in English (B2+ level).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in content safety, moderation, or professional customer support services.
• Strong critical thinking, objective decision-making skills, and cultural awareness.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools is considered a significant advantage for these Danish-speaking jobs.
