Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation for our jobs in Greece.
• Strong command of the English language for professional communication.
• Proven experience or a strong interest in the Customer Support Services industry.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent active listening skills.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and basic technology systems.
