Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, strictly maintaining the Danish language standards required for our premium clients.
• Manage complex inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, order tracking, and order modifications.
• Act as a dedicated brand ambassador by expertly communicating current promotions, special offers, and seasonal collection details.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, account issues, and return requests in alignment with established company policies.
• Execute proactive order troubleshooting and fraud prevention protocols to ensure secure and efficient service.
• Collaborate with international team members to exchange insights, refine support strategies, and optimize the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within our international team in Greece.
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for high-end customer support services.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savviness with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
