• Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for internal New Business Sales teams to support our Italian-speaking operations.

• Perform rigorous company qualification and eligibility checks to ensure all prospects meet high-quality standards.
• Monitor industry news and emerging business trends to ensure proactive and timely prospecting efforts.
• Analyze market seasonality to optimize lead sourcing strategies in collaboration with our sales department.
• Consistently meet quarterly lead delivery targets through structured research and outreach.
• Develop and maintain professional reporting and visual analysis of lead generation activities for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Language Skills: C2 level of Italian with B2 English 14 months of experience in digital advertising or market research.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Able to use spreadsheets for organizing information, performing calculations, and creating visual summaries.
• Familiarity with identifying business trends and understanding customer needs in small business contexts.
• Has basic hands-on experience with CRM tools and understands their role in customer management.
• Strong desire to pursue professional growth through Italian-speaking jobs in an international setting.
