We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Sales and Onboarding Specialist -Google Ads position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients, developing strategic and results-driven PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth by effectively convincing clients through outbound calls, focusing on campaign upselling.
• Engage with the Italian market to detect customer needs and identify high-potential business opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of accounts daily while maintaining an accurate and updated customer database.
• Work consistently to meet or exceed established sales KPIs within a fast-paced environment.
• Cultivate long-term client loyalty by building strong professional relationships and providing timely solutions.
• Adapt quickly to changing business priorities to ensure high-quality service and strategic sales support.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Languages: C1 to C2 level of Italian and C1 level of English.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of local regulations, specifically GDPR and data privacy, to ensure compliant outreach.
• Resilience & Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with the ability to work independently while collaborating actively with a team.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Previous experience in sales, digital marketing, or client onboarding is highly desirable for this Italian-speaking job.
