Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to make objective decisions in a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.

• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
