Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support to Malta position in Malta within the dynamic Customer Support Services industry. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support services across LiveChat (70%), email, and telephone channels.
• Guide customers through desktop and mobile interfaces to ensure seamless interaction with our services.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professional communication.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Player Safety, Responsible Gambling, and CRM, to ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team projects to identify innovative practices that enhance overall support activities.
• Act as an advocate for customers by providing valuable feedback on their experiences to improve service delivery.
• Handle all internal communications in English, ensuring accuracy and clarity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Professional proficiency in English to facilitate cross-departmental communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support environment is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume industry.
• Reliable team player with a passion for complex problem-solving and technical concepts.
