Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyse, and evaluate AI-generated content in French according to established guidelines and Customer Support Services quality standards.
• Identify, classify, and tag relevant information and content features to optimize system accuracy.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations within the Customer Support Services landscape.
• Assess the relevance, accuracy, and overall quality of content based on predefined criteria to maintain high service levels.
• Identify potential guideline violations and flag technical issues for immediate corrective action.
• Collaborate with international teams to continuously improve content quality, processes, and analytical tools.

Requirements

• French proficiency (C2).
• B2 level of English proficiency.

• Objective and analytical mindset, with the ability to apply instructions consistently.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
