Key Responsibilities

• Consult with business advertisers to understand their specific needs, advertising challenges, and business objectives.

• Support advertisers through the end-to-end process of campaign activation, implementation, technical configuration, and performance optimization.
• Analyze complex advertising performance data to provide actionable insights that improve campaign results and maximize return on advertising spend.
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and advise customers on effective, long-term solutions.
• Identify and execute on opportunities for account upselling, business growth, and the adoption of new advertising features.
• Foster long-term, high-value customer relationships while consistently meeting commercial and performance targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience in technical sales, ideally within digital advertising, technology, SaaS, B2B sales or account management.
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign performance, targeting and optimisation.
• Experience advising customers on technical solutions, campaign setup, implementation or troubleshooting.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify upselling and revenue growth opportunities.
