Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-value Swedish omni-channel accounts within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) sector, specifically focusing on the retail and e-commerce landscape.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, uncovering business needs and translating them into powerful digital advertising solutions.
• Drive unified, cross-channel sales strategies that bridge the gap between digital platforms and physical retail storefronts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and executives to shape market-shaping strategies in the AI-era of advertising.
• Identify and execute innovative opportunities to deliver incremental business performance for global retail brands.
• Utilize deep knowledge of search, YouTube, and measurement tools to provide comprehensive digital growth recommendations.
• Navigate and interpret unique market trends within the Scandinavian retail environment to drive competitive growth.
• Operate as an owner, moving with velocity through market changes to deliver consistent and extraordinary outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
• Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
• Demonstrated thought-leadership, relationship building and management skills, with internal stakeholders and external partners.
