We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Icelandic Speaking Customer Service - Travel related position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Mediate and resolve complex issues between customers and providers concerning bookings, payments, and service quality.
• Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic information to travelers to ensure their needs are met with professional precision.
• Adhere strictly to established workflows and internal escalation procedures to guarantee timely issue resolution.
• Serve as a customer advocate, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented demeanor during every interaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer inquiries and outcomes within the company CRM database.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Icelandic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Advanced proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in a global work environment.
• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or contact center operations, ideally within the travel industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, positive, and solution-driven mindset.
• Technical proficiency with Office 365, CRM databases, and internal digital platforms.
