• Drive player satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and high-quality resolutions in the Customer Support Services industry.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• You are fluent in German and have a good level of English.
• You have gaming experience and understand players’ mindset, communities, and expectations.
• You are empathetic and able to understand issues from a player’s perspective.
• You have an interest in player support, content review, labelling, or customer support.
• You are detail-oriented and motivated to help players enjoy the best possible gaming experience.
