We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional for an Italian Speaking vice responsabile area crediti position in Italy. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analysis of solvency and credit risks for corporate applicants.
• Support the Credit Manager in the direct analysis and management of financing operations.
• Implement innovative operational logics to optimize credit evaluation and management processes, utilizing economic forecasting and modeling.
• Participate actively in the definition and execution of operational improvement strategies.
• Monitor credit performance and prepare detailed analytical reports for portfolio management.
• Oversee and verify reinsurance practices, specifically regarding the Central Guarantee Fund (MCC).
• Progressively assume greater responsibility within the credit department to foster long-term growth.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the banking sector, specifically within credit management.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, balance sheet analysis, and financial documentation.
• Familiarity with compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Candidates must be based in or able to work on-site in Venice, Italy, as no relocation package is provided for this position.
