Job Overview

We are currently seeking a professional for the Swedish Speaking Assistance Coordinator -English Native Speaker position in Thailand, representing a critical role in the Customer Support Services industry. Based in our Bangkok hub, you will join a high-performing international team providing essential support, coordination, and medical assistance services for global policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications professionally to support clients within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Facilitate effective coordination with policyholders, medical providers, insurance agents, and international stakeholders.
• Oversee complex logistical arrangements for medical claims, both locally and internationally.
• Accurately document all communications and actions taken within the company’s specialized assistance systems.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals to ensure adherence to internal escalation processes and quality standards.
• Utilize deep knowledge of the provider network to identify and implement the best solutions for policyholders in need.
• Provide premium, empathetic service to international clients, upholding the highest standards of the firm.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Previous work experience in medical assistance or in the travel industry will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or Certificate of Higher Education Excellent IT skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, for a month.
