We are seeking a motivated professional for the Spanish Speaking -speaking Client Advisor in Lisbon position in Portugal. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for a global fintech client.
• Assist business merchants with account registration, onboarding, and the setup of digital payment solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to card readers, payment applications, and related hardware.
• Guide users through complex payment processing functionalities, transaction monitoring, and activity reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution within the Customer Support Services standards.
• Escalate complex technical or financial cases to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
• Maintain precise and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and support requests in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for technology and customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional, on-site environment in Lisbon.
• Prior experience in Customer Support Services is highly advantageous but not required.
