Job Overview

We are currently seeking motivated individuals for our Dutch Speaking Customer Support - Alicante, Spain position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients requiring assistance with mobile and home services within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Expertly handle mobile telephony queries, including the activation of SIM cards and troubleshooting mobile internet connectivity.
• Provide technical support for home services, guiding customers through the installation and configuration of internet connections and TV boxes.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, such as slow connection speeds, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain high-quality service standards while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products that add value to the customer.
• Document interactions accurately within the internal CRM system to track service progress and ensure consistent support quality.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role in Spain).
