Job Overview

We are currently seeking a results-driven professional for a German Speaking EMEA Renewals Representative – German Speaking position in Spain. This is a vital sales industry role based in Barcelona, where you will leverage your expertise to manage account portfolios, drive revenue, and ensure long-term client success in the cloud technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of strategic EMEA customer accounts to drive long-term value.
• Execute end-to-end contract renewal processes, ensuring timely engagement and high retention rates.
• Proactively identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and corporate decision-makers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed commercial retention and revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, legal, and support teams to streamline the sales cycle and resolve client challenges.
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate sales pipelines, documentation, and reporting.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and lead commercial negotiations to secure successful contract outcomes.

Requirements

• Native or proficient-level German and fluent English.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or account management within the IT or technology industry.
• Previous experience in outbound sales and working towards commercial targets.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, ideally Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
