We are currently seeking a motivated professional to fill the Danish Speaking Customer Advisor position in Cyprus. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via email and telephone.
• Provide expert technical support to resolve account access and application-related issues.

• Take full ownership of customer inquiries to ensure efficient, first-time resolutions.
• Listen actively to customer needs and provide tailored, professional solutions in Danish.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and technical reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Fluent Danish and English Previous Customer service experience desired Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.
