Key Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to the improvement of the overall user experience through high-standard IT support practices.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) to thrive in our international environment.
• A valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).
• A genuine interest in technology, problem-solving, and building a career in the Customer Support Services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Basic understanding of IT products and services is considered a strong advantage.
