Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective business clients through inbound leads and proactive outbound activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of business opportunities within the competitive sales industry.
• Analyze prospective clients' business needs and recommend tailored, AI-powered advertising solutions that align with their goals.
• Manage the full cycle of the sales process, from initial prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
• Execute sales strategies to meet individual revenue targets and contribute to overall organizational growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and client data within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients during the onboarding and customer success phases.
• Identify strategic opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising products to new and existing prospects.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related commercial position.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, online advertising, and the wider digital advertising ecosystem.
• Previous experience in lead qualification, pre-sales activities, and outbound prospecting.
• Confidence in approaching new business prospects through cold calling and independently generating sales opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to work towards revenue and performance targets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international sales environment.
