Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Danish Speaking Customer Support – EV Charging – Málaga position in Spain. This role offers the unique opportunity to join a fast-growing eMobility leader and contribute to the green energy transition through high-quality Customer Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Danish EV drivers and business clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with complex charging sessions, mobile application navigation, and billing inquiries.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting for charging infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Translate technical specifications into clear, accessible language for the end-user.
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation for all interactions within our Customer Support Services platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve advanced hardware or software issues.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality as part of a professional team in Málaga.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Legally able to work in Spain.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with new software systems.
• A solution-oriented mindset, capable of remaining calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts within a 7-day operation (07:00–23:00).
