Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting within the digital sales industry.

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
• Conduct professional discovery calls and needs analysis to match prospective clients with innovative AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, demonstrating expertise in closing deals and securing new client partnerships.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of sales activity and pipeline progression within CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term account success.
• Identify strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive growth for our partners.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead qualification.
• Strong background in outbound sales, cold calling, and managing sales pipelines within the competitive sales industry.
• Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including PPC and performance marketing.
