Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Is fluent in Italian and has good English communication skills Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience within the banking, financial, or insurance industry.
• Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive customer interactions with high levels of empathy.
• Demonstrated resilience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Customer Support Services setting.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving disputes and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
