Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, suited for a scale-up atmosphere.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing high-quality service at all times.
