Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit to work in Portugal.
• Proven customer service experience, ideally within the travel or mobility services sector.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others navigate mobility challenges.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment in Lisbon while handling high-volume queries.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift pattern to support international mobility needs.
