Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and chat for 123inkt.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities to enhance the customer experience within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries with efficiency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Act as a brand ambassador for 123inkt, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality service.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting and exceeding performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and support best practices.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for the Customer Support Services industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer needs with patience and professionalism.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is considered an advantage.
