Key Responsibilities

• Managing back-office administrative tasks related to Proximus telecommunications customer accounts.
• Ensuring high-quality processing of service requests and technical documentation for the telecommunications industry.
• Maintaining accurate database records for subscribers and service modifications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex telecommunications account inquiries.
• Adhering to strict compliance and data protection protocols typical of the telecommunications sector.
• Providing back-office support to ensure seamless telecommunications service delivery for Dutch-speaking clients.
• Consistently meeting service level agreements and performance targets in your daily operations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a back-office, administrative, or telecommunications-related role is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to manage telecommunications account data effectively.
• Ability to work remotely within Bulgaria while maintaining professional standards.
