Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients facing complex cybersecurity concerns.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring all cybersecurity protocols are strictly followed.

• Document all support interactions precisely within our cybersecurity management platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal security service workflows and protocols.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English for effective communication within our international Cybersecurity team.
• Strong analytical mindset and a genuine passion for the evolving landscape of Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills tailored for client-facing advisory roles.
• Availability for remote work from within Bulgaria, as required by the Nederlands Sprekende Klantadviseur Cybersecurity position in Bulgaria.
