• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement service improvements that enhance the overall client experience.
• Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining the highest quality standards expected of this role in Bulgaria.
• Stay updated on product developments to provide accurate, real-time information to our diverse client base.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Valid EU passport is required to facilitate your career among the best jobs in Bulgaria.
• Prior experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our international company culture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
