Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing expert guidance on advanced telecommunications solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying customer needs to closing new service contracts for Odido.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell telecommunications products to ensure customers receive the best possible service packages.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries regarding account management and service connectivity.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track sales performance and customer interactions within the telecommunications sector.
• Collaborate with international team members to achieve departmental KPIs and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and service offerings to provide accurate and competitive product information.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive, consultative approach to sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria to take on this exciting career opportunity.
