Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing top-tier Customer Support Services.
• Ability to work remotely within Bulgaria while maintaining professional standards.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to troubleshoot common software and mobile application queries.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered a distinct advantage for those pursuing jobs in Bulgaria.
