Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to energy service contracts and utility planning.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and appointment outcomes in our CRM database.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize the scheduling process and improve service delivery in the energy sector.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set for the role.
• Adapt to evolving industry trends within the energy market to provide informed guidance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
