Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze user-generated video content to ensure compliance with streaming platform safety guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of digital safety by identifying and flagging inappropriate material in Dutch.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize moderation workflows within the streaming industry.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content policies for one of the world's largest video platforms.
• Provide accurate reporting on moderation trends to support a secure and positive user experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing community guidelines and platform updates.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
