Key Responsibilities

• Managing backend telecommunications administrative processes with high precision.
• Ensuring seamless communication with Proximus customers through native Dutch correspondence.
• Troubleshooting technical service inquiries to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Updating and maintaining customer database systems within the telecommunications infrastructure.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows.
• Providing support and resolution for client accounts regarding connectivity and billing queries.
• Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest telecommunications product offerings.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
