Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all energy service interactions meet the high quality standards expected within the utilities sector.
• Troubleshoot technical billing issues and resolve complaints with a service-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency in the energy market.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the energy industry database.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
