Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to users within the Logistics & Supply Chain platform of Bolt.
• Manage inquiries regarding deliveries, supply chain updates, and service logistics in Dutch.
• Coordinate with local logistics partners to ensure timely resolutions for customers.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions within the internal tracking system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the logistics app and supply chain tracking.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards in the transportation sector.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize supply chain communication processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
