We are currently sourcing candidates for a Nederlands Sprekende Klantenservicemedewerker Fintech position in Spain, located in the heart of Madrid. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding their digital banking and financial accounts.
• Resolve complex inquiries related to payment processing, digital wallets, and FinTech platform security.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations while providing a seamless user experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our FinTech partner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report technical system issues or user feedback.
• Participate in continuous training to stay ahead of rapid developments within the global FinTech industry.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
