• Efficiently resolve inquiries related to parking services, payments, and account management.
• Maintain clear and empathetic communication in Dutch to address client needs effectively.
• Document all interactions within the CRM system to ensure accurate service records.
• Collaborate with the global support team to improve service delivery within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Adapt quickly to new software and internal procedures to maintain high productivity.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
