Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international teams to maintain high service standards and industry-leading performance metrics.
• Utilize company platforms to track and manage client requests, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide proactive solutions to mobility-related challenges to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure service continuity across various operational shifts.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest mobility service protocols and technologies.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
