Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Eneco and Proximus clients, providing expert guidance on energy utility services.
• Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Assist customers with energy billing queries, contract management, and service activations within the energy sector.
• Maintain high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for our energy utility partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex energy supply issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Stay updated on changing regulations and service protocols within the competitive energy market.
• Process administrative updates and data entries accurately within our CRM systems.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
