• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving streaming-related technical issues efficiently.
• Navigate multiple internal databases and software tools to ensure quick and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with international teams to share feedback and improve the overall service quality for the Dutch-speaking market.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment within the streaming platforms support division.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.

• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
