We are currently searching for a dedicated professional for the Nederlands Sprekende Klantenservicemedewerker Webshop position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer support for a leading online and offline retail brand in Dutch.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and retail logistics.
• Resolve complex consumer issues with a solution-oriented mindset to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Process returns, exchanges, and retail store queries efficiently through multiple communication channels.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize the shopping experience for retail clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company database.
• Stay updated on the latest retail trends and company inventory to provide precise information.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
