Key Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries regarding online and offline retail orders, subscriptions, and product availability.
• Resolve delivery and store-related issues with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
• Maintain high levels of brand loyalty by providing expert advice on coffee blends and brewing equipment.
• Ensure efficient processing of returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with retail industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the consumer experience across all retail channels.
• Document customer feedback to help improve the overall quality of the retail service experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
