Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking customers, addressing complex logistics and supply chain inquiries.
• Manage delivery tracking, order adjustments, and resolution of supply chain discrepancies with precision.
• Collaborate with internal logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow to the end customer.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions within our internal logistics management systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols for the DHero logistics network.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
• Navigate supply chain documentation to provide real-time updates and professional solutions to users.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication within the logistics sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to delivery, shipping, or supply chain challenges.
• A passion for delivering premium customer service in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Availability to work in a remote capacity from within Greece.
