Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and general support to Canon B2C customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Canon products and provide effective, timely solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM system.

• Contribute to team goals by achieving key performance indicators and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Good command of English to facilitate communication within our international office.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and customer care.
• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece for this on-site role.
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services is highly valued but not mandatory.
