Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Polish-speaking users via chat, email, and ticketing systems within the Gaming & Esports environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, account security concerns, and billing inquiries to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, platform updates, and current esports tournaments to assist players effectively.
• Proactively identify and escalate recurring technical bugs or platform trends to the development team.
• Build positive rapport with the community by providing empathetic and expert-level communication.
• Participate in team briefings to stay informed about new game launches and promotional events within the industry.
• Ensure all interactions meet the high-standard quality assurance benchmarks expected by our elite gaming partners.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) for this key Polish-speaking jobs opportunity.
