Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional service standards within the Customer Support Services sector.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.

• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
